the objective for good user experience design is to create a memorable
experience, but also one that is completely unnoticeable and invisible.
the memorable experience should make the user feel like this is the
functionality they’ve been waiting for and has exactly what they need. the
unnoticeable and invisible part of the experience should be so natural and
automatic for the user that he or she enjoys the experience without any
effort or confusion.


Why me?
I speak tech and end-user and am a great translator.
I believe that listening and being open is the best way to approach a project.
I am obsessed with usability and good interaction design.
I think the best ideas come out of some interesting and unlikely places.
I am always curious about how and why things work they way they do.
I bring a sense of humor along with my focus and dedication.
